Preparations for the 6th World Cup Women's Fistball 2014 have started and this year, we want to warmly welcome all of you to Dresden.

During the period of the World Cup, from 29 July until 03 August, our WM-Hotel will be to your disposal. The hotel named "City Hostel Dresden" will already be available from 25 July, 2014 at the same price in order to be used during the preparation time. You can choose between two categories "hotel" and "hostel". Please find further information on their website: www.cityherberge.de. This accommodation is located directly in the city center of Dresden.

Please contact Horst Tillner at tillner@sachsenfaustball.de for all requests or reservations regarding reservations the hotel, hostel, sports facilities for the delegations as well as for the IFA staff, referees, DFBL and the World Cup 2014 committee. We will try our best to respond to your requests in a satisfying manner.

The City Hostel organizes the welcome of the International Fistball Association (IFA), the final banquet, the transfer from the airport and the sports facilities as well as for the training and competition.

All sport venues are available from 27 July 2014 for the delegations. The competition venue and training opportunities can be found at the Ostrasportpark Dresden, where 7 fistball fields can be used by all teams. The distance from the hotel to the Ostrasportpark is 2.5 km.

Tuesday, 29 July 2014, 19.30

Welcome of the delegations on the steamboat Dresden. Evening cruise on the river Elbe, a 10 minutes walk from the City Hostel (please note that additional guests have to purchase a ticket).

Thursday, 31 July 2014, 09.00

Prayer in the Dresden Frauenkirche with organ play and guided tour, a 10 minutes walk from the City Hostel (please note that additional guests have to purchase a ticket).
